General
Joining Kayla's Facebook community is easy! Just click on the "Join Facebook Group" to join the Facebook group. This community is a great place to connect with other athletes, share experiences, and gain additional support and inspiration from Kayla and fellow members. At the start it may seem small, but the growth through connection will support you for life.
Kayla's one-on-one mentorship program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each athlete. The program typically includes:
• Initial assessment and goal setting
• Personalized training and mindset development plans
• Regular check-ins and progress reviews
• Supplementary materials to aid your growth mindset
• Support to learn how to cold call coaches and write professional emails
Sessions will be conducted via video call and occasionally needed phone calls for small resets.
The timeline for seeing results can vary based on individual goals and commitment. Many athletes begin to notice improvements in their mindset and performance within the first few weeks of working with Kayla. Consistency and dedication to the coaching and training plans are key to achieving long-term success and reaching your full potential. Learning to become uncomfortable is key to pushing beyond your limits.
